Our health and safety systems meet the requirements of ISO 45001 and forms part of our Integrated Management System (IMS). The IMS ensures our workforce understands the need for the highest level of health and safety practices. Our ongoing commitment to health and safety takes into consideration our client’s safety requirements, statutory requirements and industry best practices. Health and Safety training is delivered to our workforce via CITB accredited training providers and through ‘in-house’ training sessions, for which we employ a full-time QSHE Manager.

The IMS gives direction and understanding to our workforce to maintain our environmental objectives and targets. The IMS includes our Business Improvement Programme where objectives and targets are set to include customer and market needs, operational priorities and latest techniques and technology.

As part of Considerate Constructors Scheme, we abide by the Codes of Considerate Practice to ensure our works are well managed, organised, clean and tidy.
We consider the impact our works have on neighbouring properties and members of the public; minimising the impact of noise, pollution, carbon footprint and waste. Our Integrated Management System (IMS) is in place to protect our workforce and others who may be affected by our works. We provide a workplace where everyone is respected, treated fairly, encouraged and supported. We identify personal development needs and promote the training of employees.
